Learn our favorite group development tools from GRuB School! You will leave this training with strategies that strengthen a group’s development and are relevant for working with youth in a cohort-based format. These tools can be used when teaching nearly any subject and when working with youth in the community, outdoors, or in a classroom setting.  

Participants will learn about:

- Accountability Strategies & Setting Shared Standards

- Facilitation of Games and Teambuilding Activities 

- Communication styles that promote equality, respect, and success with young students

Cost: $150/person

Clock Hours available for teachers attending this training.
