Ages 13 and up are encouraged to come together and raise their voices in song, celebrating the unique sound that treble voices create together. Repertoire ranges from classical madrigals to more modern arrangements written for Soprano and Alto groups. Whether you have years of experience in school, church and community choirs, or are just getting started, we have a spot for you! All experience levels welcomed, music reading ability not required.

Kyra Fitzgerald (Youth Chorale, Program Director) is graduate of the College of Saint Rose with a degree in Music Education with a concentration in vocal music. She has directed the Cambridge Central School Drama Club for the past two years, directing two concerts and two full-length musical productions. She has participated in chorus since 4th grade including the Select Women’s Chorus in high school as well as All-County and Area-All State Chorus. In college, she participated in a number of vocal ensembles as well as an extra-curricular a cappella group that competed in the ICCAs (as seen in Pitch Perfect). She has been part of the Hubbard Hall community for over a year, working backstage for The Barber of Seville and The Winter Carnival of New Work, as well as performing in Romeo and Juliet, The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee and this summer’s production of Love’s Labour’s Lost.
