An improvised re-telling of classic fairy tales in the style of the Once Upon a Time  television series, Happily Ever After is Cinderella and Snow White, Peter Pan and Rumplestiltskin with a dash of Rapunzel and Wizard of Oz.

This summer theatre workshop will emphasize storytelling, improvisation and interpreting familiar characters in a fresh light. Students will play games and learn cooperative skills in the creation of dialogue, storyline and design to arrive at a production which will end "...happily ever after."

The program meets from 9am to 12 noon, Monday through Friday, July 7 - 25. A free performance for family and friends will take place on Saturday, July 26 at 2pm in Hubbard Hall.

About the Instructor: Teacher and director Christine Decker, a Cambridge native, has over 35 years experience throughout the US as a professional actor, teacher and improviser and is well known by patrons of Oldcastle Theatre Company of Bennington and the Theatre Company of Hubbard Hall where she most recently appeared as Shirley Valentine in a one-woman show.
