"One of the wonderful things about cooking, and eating is creating a combination of flavor and texture that represents the seasons fullness. Spoonful Catering draws these combinations from roasting, smoking, grilling, curing and barely touching the best foods our area has to offer. We’re looking forward to offering Hubbard Hall supporters a celebration of May with a palate of flavors that draws from late winter and reaches for spring."
