Rites of Spring Gala 2016

Description

Saturday, May 14, 2016 at 6pm

Join us for our annual Rites of Spring Gala, our biggest fundraiser of the year and a time to come together and celebrate our swing into spring!  This year will be extra special, as we present the inaugural Making Art and Community Happen Award to our very own Sharon Kruger.  Sharon’s been such a huge part of the Hall for so many years and we thought it fitting to launch this new annual honor with someone so very, very deserving of this recognition.  In addition to this award, there’ll be, as always, a delicious dinner by Sal & Piper Catering, a silent auction for some amazing prizes, gorgeous music provided by David Cuite’s Freight Yard Quartet and a relaxed atmosphere of community and camaraderie. Your $100 ticket is tax deductible up to $75 and helps us provide the best in arts and education for our community throughout the year.

“We established Sal & Piper to provide our community with the opportunity to enjoy the best of what our local farms produce. Inspired by the diversity of agriculture that has sprung up in our foodshed, Sal & Piper strives to bring an imaginative dining experience to Cambridge, New York, and its neighboring towns in New York and Vermont.”

Have kids? They can enjoy a special $10 Pajama Party for ages 3-11 while you get some much deserved grown-up time at the Rites of Spring Gala!
