It's a perfect way to experience the numerous benefits of yoga, including enhanced flexibility, breathwork, improved concentration, increased strength, and a profound sense of calm—all while remaining comfortably seated. Join us and explore the empowering world of chair yoga, where you can nurture your mind and body in a safe and inclusive environment. This class is ideal for students with limited mobility or who are healing from an injury. Minimum 6 students required for class.
