Sweat & Surrender Yoga Workshop

Sunday, March 8 from 9am to 11am*
Registration: $25 general / $20 members
Please bring a bath/beach towel and water bottle.
In this workshop we begin with a slow, heat producing, 75 minute sweaty practice. Coming full circle to surrender in a 45 minute journey of relaxation through restorative poses. We will finish our Sweat & Surrender with a blissed out 10 minute Savasana. All-levels class. Please bring a bath/beach towel and water bottle.
