3-D Drawing: Exploring Illusion in drawings for Young People (Ages 8-12)

Young Artists in this workshop will learn cool ways to create the illusion of 3-D in their drawings. The artists will create fantasyscapes, wacky still-lifes, portraits that pop, and have freedom to develop their unique hand. Working on lifesize drawings to small views, in charcoal, pencil, and ink washes, artists will have fun as they hone their techniques for creating 3-D illusion on the 2-D page. Studio attire suggested, we may use materials that stain.
