Puppet Club, ages 7 to adult

Puppet Club welcomes children 7 years old and older, with or without an adult helper, as well as unaccompanied grownups of all ages. Puppets are made of inexpensive or donated materials.  In our Fall session, we will create puppets in preparation for performance at Hubbard Hall's annual Holiday Breakfast "Christmas in Spain" on December 14.

About Puppet Club

Puppet Club is a loosely associated group of individuals age 7 and up --children, teens and adults-- who produce and perform 2 or 3 short plays per year under the direction of Carol Serotta. While some dedicated puppeteers return to participate many times, beginners are always welcomed. 

Type and construction of puppets is somewhat different for each play. Emphasis is on innovation and individual invention using very low-cost or free materials is encouraged. Participation fee is $35 ($30 Hubbard Hall members) for each 6-10 week session.
