KYC Sponsorship Opportunities

 

Thank you for your interest in sponsoring Kaleidoscope Youth Center! The tier names and descriptions below are not necessarily reflective of what your sponsorship will specifically be funding, but rather an example of what your funding supports. Friend of the Center Sponsor ($45,000):

Help us keep our services FREE for youth participants! Provide a safe and empowering space for the LGBTQ+ youth in our community by funding all occupancy, staffing, and programming costs for an ENTIRE MONTH!

  • Sponsorship recognition and logo inclusion in KYC’s brochure, annual summary, and on the website for one year following the year of initial donation (Logos due by Sept. 1)
  • Personal thank you and mention at all KYC sponsored fundraising events for one year
  • Logo inclusion on all printed materials for the fall fundraiser (Logos due by Aug. 3)*
  • Logo inclusion on all signage for the fall fundraiser (Logos due by Aug. 3)
  • Inclusion in video loop at the fall fundraiser
  • Recognition at fall fundraiser during stage announcements
  • Sponsorship recognition on all KYC social media channels
  • Private tour of KYC facility with Executive Director and staff
  • Twenty tickets to the fall fundraiser

Development Sponsor ($25,000):

Sponsoring at this level can help cover some of our occupancy costs, staffing needs, or provide at least 30 youth with free programming every day for a month!

  • Sponsorship recognition and logo inclusion in KYC’s annual summary and on the website for one year following the year of initial donation (Logos due by Sept. 1)
  • Personal thank you and mention at all KYC sponsored fundraising events for one year
  • Logo inclusion on all printed materials for the fall fundraiser (Logos due by Aug. 3)*

  • Inclusion in video loop at the fall fundraiser

Genderscope Sponsor ($15,000):

With nearly 50% of youth that attend KYC identifying as trans or gender-nonconforming (TGNC), our vital twice-weekly program, Genderscope, offers a safe and empowering space for TGNC youth to build community, discuss issues related to gender identity, and gain support from peers who share in experience. A sponsorship at this level could maintain a program, such as Genderscope, for an entire year!

  • Sponsorship recognition on the website for one year (Logos due by Aug. 1)
  • Logo inclusion on all printed materials for the fall fundraiser (Logos due by Aug 1)*
  • Logo inclusion on all signage for the fall fundraiser (Logos due by Aug. 1)
  • Inclusion in video loop at the fall fundraiser
  • Recognition at fall fundraiser during stage announcements
  • Sponsorship recognition on all KYC social media channels
  • Private tour of KYC facility with Executive Director and staff
  • Twelve tickets to the fall fundraiser

Programming Sponsor ($10,000)

This sponsorship will help fund the programming activities and staffing needs around the Center, to help us continue to provide FREE activities to nearly 450 youth that visit our center every year.

  • Logo inclusion on all printed materials for the fall fundraiser (Logos due by Aug. 1)*
  • Logo inclusion on all signage for the fall fundraiser (Logos due by Aug. 1)
  • Inclusion in video loop at the fall fundraiser
  • Recognition at fall fundraiser during stage announcements
  • Sponsorship recognition on all KYC social media channels
  • Ten tickets to the fall fundraiser

Youth Leadership Sponsor ($7,500):

KYC works in partnership with young people to help build safe and empowering spaces everywhere. Funding at this level will help provide affirming spaces that give youth the opportunity to be stronger, more effective leaders in their schools and community.

  • Logo inclusion on all printed materials for the fall fundraiser (Logos due by Aug. 1)*
  • Logo inclusion on all signage for the fall fundraiser (Logos due by Aug. 1)
  • Inclusion in video loop at the fall fundraiser
  • Sponsorship recognition on all KYC social media channels
  • Eight tickets to the fall fundraiser

GSA Sponsor ($5,000):

As the hub of the Ohio GSA (Genders and Sexualities Alliance) network, we link GSA clubs in middle and high schools across the state so they may share stories, collaborate, and help make their schools safe and inclusive. Funding at this level means potentially supporting youth in the GSA Network, providing field trips for KYC Center youth, or providing one month of programming for 5 youth!

  • Sponsorship recognition on all KYC social media channels
  • Six tickets to the fall fundraiser

Community Sponsor ($2,500):

In an effort to create more inclusive environments everywhere, KYC provides training to youth-serving professionals to help them learn basic LGBTQ+ terminology, experience, risk factors, and how to create safe and affirming spaces. Sponsorship at this level may fund outreach, programming, and other support to help us build a safe and empowering community!

  • Inclusion in video loop at the fall fundraiser
  • Sponsorship recognition on all KYC social media channels
  • Four tickets to the fall fundraiser

Advocate Sponsor ($1000):

Sponsorship at this level could fund 1 night of programming for up to 30 youth, or connect up to 20 youth with the opportunity to take a field trip with KYC to places like COSI, the Columbus Zoo, local theater and musical performances, and more!

  • Inclusion in video loop at the fall fundraiser
  • Two tickets to the fall fundraiser

Empowerment Sponsor ($500):

Funding at this level can connect 15 youth with safe and empowering space and programs at our Center!

  • Two tickets to the fall fundraiser

Center Sponsor ($250):

With 33% of KYC youth qualifying for free or reduced lunches in school, the meals KYC provides every day can sometimes be the most important! Funding at this level could provide up two weeks’ worth of groceries, or over a month’s worth of pizza for our pizza/movie nights (traditionally, one of our highest attended evenings)!
