21. Young Illustrators with Karen Geesey

This is a class for serious young artists who love telling stories through drawing.  We will read stories and view illustrations by artists around the world and depict scenes from some of our favorite folk tales.   We will create large-scale illustrations with lots of color, value, and attention to detail. We will explore a variety of media from graphite and colored pencils to gouache paints.

1 to 4 pm | Grades 3rd - 5th | $90 non-member/$80 member price | June 9 - 13
