341. The Food Connection with Project Learning Tree with Karen Lanier

Learn to teach nature's role in our food system. Whether you are a formal or non-formal educator, a parent, home school teacher, volunteer or classroom educator, the food system provides a wide range of environmental education opportunities.  This one-day training will certify you in Project Learning Tree and equip you with activities and resources for teaching PreK-8th grade, with adaptations for older students and adults. Upon completion of workshop, you'll receive a certificate of completion and activity guide filled with more than 100 lessons. Network with your peers and enjoy a day of food-based learning.  Refreshments provided. PD credit available.  10 person minimum 20 person max. Registration Deadline March 2nd.
