210. Morning with the Masters with Angela Carbone **CANCELLED**

This class will study the work of Matisse and Picasso to create a series of ceramic tile reliefs. We will create cubist style self-portraits similar to Picasso and abstract landscapes like Matisse. Students will be introduced to a variety of ceramic construction processes including pinch, coil, and slab building. Using creative problem solving and imagination, we will experiment with surface decoration to incorporate texture, pattern and color.
