406. ASHLAND SPRING 3rd-5th: Mosaic Tile Weaving: Kentucky Quilts with Victoria Gress

Weave up some wonderful art in this class.  We'll learn about the history of woven textiles in our culture and about the heritage of Kentucky barn quilt paintings.  Working with yarn, cardboard, markers, paint, and glitter, together we will design and create a decorative wall hanging out of our handmade quilt squares.  Parents and guardians are responsible fro transportation arrangements.  Plan to arrive at the art room promptly by 4 pm with ID.
