111. Camellia Sinensis: Tea Making with Shannon Kelly ** CANCELLED **

Camellia sinensis: the scientific name for the tea plant that the world loves to brew and drink. We will explore questions like: what plants are good for making tea, who drinks tea around the world, what ceremonies they enjoy, and what creates the different tea tastes and smells.  We will identify and draw our favorite plants and share recipes for kid-friendly teas. We will end the week with our own (decaf) tea party.
