Description
Join us for a unique yoga class within the LASC Planetarium. Lead by the team of Centered; Lexington's Holistic Healing Center, we will have an out of this world yoga event! This class will integrate basic yoga assanas, breath work and a cosmic mediation experience. A well crafted audio soundtrack will accompany the planetarium images. Please bring your own yoga mat and water bottle. This class is open to all experience levels.
Teen & Adult | 2:30 - 3:30pm | Saturday, March 25 | $15 per class
* This is also a family class, anyone under 16 must accompanied by an adult.
