Description

Totem poles are sculptures typically carved from large trees and are part of the cultures of many indigenous peoples. They serve many purposes beyond their beauty, and their meanings are as varied as the cultures that make them. For this memorable workshop, people spanning the generations will create a totem pole that represents their own, unique stories and family members, recording the history and legends of their particular tribe.
