Description
Join us for a unique yoga class within the LASC Planetarium. Lead by the team of Centered, Lexington's Holistic Healing Center, we will have an out of this world yoga event! This class will integrate basic yoga asana, breath work and a cosmic mediation experience. There will be a well crafted audio soundtrack to accompany the planetarium images.
