Description
Join us for a unique yoga class within the LASC's Planetarium. Led by the team of Centered, Lexington's Holistic Healing Center, we will have an out of this world yoga event! This class will integrate basic yoga asana, breath work and a cosmic mediation experience. A well crafted audio soundtrack will accompany the planetarium images. Please bring your own yoga mat and water bottle. This class is open to all experience levels.
Teens & Adult | 2:30-3:30 pm | Saturday, October 22 | $15 per class
This is also a family class, anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
