As more and more people face dietary restrictions, menus and cooking for guests becomes complicated for even the experienced cook.  How do you accommodate guests with specific requests but still have a great menu that will delight the appetites of everyone? Catering gracious parties in the Bluegrass for nearly thirty years, Harriet Dupree has the answer with menus that satisfy everyone.  We will work on a Thanksgiving Dinner menu that is gluten, dairy and nut free that is also DELICIOUS.  Suggestions for alternative dishes and ingredient substitutions for holiday dishes will enable cooks to build their own well balanced meal based on their tastes.  In addition, Harriet will provide logistical tips for entertaining at home, gained from her experience working in every kind of kitchen.  LIMIT 10 students.
