339. March 24 PM Discovery Saturday Workshop: Fermentation and Pickling with Shelby Wheeler

Join us as we dive into the art of fermentation. We'll talk about the dangers  and ease of wild fermentation, moving past the well known cucumber pickle to kombucha, sour kraut, kimchi and more. You will be sent home with your own ferments to try and recipes.

Tickets are required for everyone 3 years and older.  Students under 13 must be accompanied by a Registered Adult for Discovery Saturday Workshop.
