104. Fashion Flair Extraordinaire with Julie Blackburn *Class is full - Waiting list only*

Splashy styles that have people oohing for miles will be the result of this class.  You’ll be too cool for school with fashions you’ve made with t-shirts, sunglasses and other wearable art forms.  We’ll use silkscreen, paints, fake jewels, glue, and other art and craft items to turn many a thing into souped-up bling.  Bring a 100% white, synthetic fabric T-shirt to class.
