Learn and apply useful principles and skills in conversations with varying opinions, high stakes, and strong emotions. Engage in crucial conversations with four racially diverse panelists.

Participants may optionally read the book Crucial Conversations by Al Switzler, Joseph Grenny, Kerry Patterson, and Ron McMillan in advance to enhance this learning experience.
