Week 8 - In the Garden - K/1

Where does our food come from? Find out the answer as we explore plants from roots to flowers and learn about what they need to survive. Once you’ve seen how humans grow plants for food you’ll choose your own spot in nature and explore how it changes from day to day. View native pollinators up close in our observable bee hive, cut into stems and seeds to see what’s inside, and learn about how animals rely on plants for more than just dinner. **This week LSNC will offer two camp groups with the same theme for campers who've completed Kindergarten and First grade. If your camper would like to be in the same group as a specific friend or family member, please indicate this on your registration and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
