Week 8 - Animal Architects - 2/3

Critters can build it better…stronger… faster. We’ll investigate how nature’s amazing builders create and design; and then we’ll use lessons from nature to improve our own constructions. Hike to see how birds build nests and try weaving your own. Look at a bee hive and then test different shapes to see what makes a strong structure. This is the camp for architects, engineers, and people that love to build, invent, and create! **This session includes a thematically-related off-site trip on Wednesday. LSNC will provide details to registered campers and families in advance of the camp week.
