Film Processing and Darkroom Basics

As the only Community Darkroom in Charlotte, we are proud to continue to teach the fine art of B&W Photography.

This course is designed as a one, two or three part class to teach you all the skills you will need to use the darkroom completely solo. We will cover film loading and processing, mixing and measuring chemistry properly, making contact sheets, darkroom and enlarger trouble shooting, making enlargements from negatives, adjusting lenses to allow for printing from larger negatives, and advanced techniques in printing.

 

Students may take one, two or all three classes. You may register for all three online or pay as you come.

 

Dates: Saturdays: August 17, 24 & September 7
