2015 Lunch In Bloom

The 10th annual Lunch in Bloom is celebrating the Colors of Spring!
Lunch in Bloom will be held on Sunday, April 26th, from 11:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at the completely renovated Island Bay Yacht Club.
The luncheon menu includes: mixed greens with candied pecans, dried cranberries, golden raisins with a vidalia onion vinaigrette, grilled chicken breasts topped with an artichoke and button mushroom veloute sauce, grilled tilapia with a citrus salsa, oven roasted new potatoes, pineapple rice pilaf, and asparagus. Desserts will include: lemon iced white cake topped with macerated strawberries, and chocolate covered tiramisu. Drinks include iced tea, lemonade, or coffee. A cash bar will also be available for wine, beer, or soda.
The luncheon features four fabulous raffle prizes: a "Twilight" tour of the Garden with refreshments and wine in a council ring, a lovely 36" whimsical garden themed clock, a beautiful packaged assortment of gift items from the Split Rail Gift Shop, and a perfect patio garden container with a $50 gift certificate from Ace Hardware for flowers to fill the container. Each raffle prize has its own ticket container and each prize has a number. When you purchase raffle tickets, circle the prize number that you would like to win. You can put all of your tickets toward one prize or pick several prizes depending on the number of tickets purchased. Your tickets will be placed in the approprate container. No need to be present at the event in order to win.
And that’s not all. Toward the end of the event, we will draw names for door prizes and raffle winners. Each person attending the luncheon will receive one free door prize ticket. Lucky winners will receive a special geranium from the Springfield Civic Garden Club.
The price of each luncheon ticket is $45.
