About Valley Botanicals;

Natural Plant-Based Skincare // Handcrafted in Small Batches on the Central Coast, California

Shop founder + owner Emmaline Molloy first became interested in using natural skincare and medicine when she moved to California from New York. After becoming ill she began to look for other medicinal alternatives rather than the antibiotics prescribed by her doctor at the time. After meeting with a doctor who specialized in plant-based treatments (herbal tinctures + supplements), she became very interested in herbal medicine and skincare following her recovery. The setting and climate of the Central Coast allowed her to grow and harvest medicinal plants (that she eventually began using in her products). Emmaline's partner Jon introduced her to Beekeeping and soon after she began using the beeswax from their hives in her medicinal salves. After studying, growing and experimenting with herbal remedies + medicine, Valley Botanicals was created in hopes of expanding her interest and passion of using natural skincare + medicine within the community.
