Field-guide author Teresa Marrone will give a presentation on “Weeds: The Good, the Bad and the Ugly”. Topics include invasive and non-native plants; how weeds spread and how to control them; culinary, medicinal and other uses for some weeds; and a look at how our warming climate might affect weed distribution and growth. She will also autograph copies of her book, Common Backyard Weeds of the Upper Midwest.
