Volunteering Table Hostess Expectations
For Ladies To Be Honored Event
(Pampering Night)

Event Time: 6:00pm – 9:30pm
Target Attendance: 200 - 300 Ladies
Following are some “housekeeping” details so that we are all on the same page for what is expected as a table host. The doors open at 6:00pm, so we want to be ready. Table setups will begin at 3:00pm and will need to be completed no later than 5:00pm so we can meet for prayer and greet the guests. Each table is to include 2 volunteers as hostesses and 8 accompanying guests. Items needed to include and plan for in your table setup are:
1. Paper products consisting of a table cloth for 72” round, cups, plates, napkins, and utensils (if needed).
2. We are using a Fall theme; so keep this in mind when shopping for decorative supplies.
3. Please bring a dessert that is not frozen and can be easily served at your table for 8 Guests. Table time will be brief to allow the ladies to shop and be pampered.
4. A sugar and creamer for your table would be helpful – the church does not have enough of these for each table. Sugar and creamer packets will be available.
5. There will be a station setup for water and coffee carafes. We will have some gals available to help you keep your table supplied with refills if needed.
6. There will be Connect Cards to handout to each attending lady so that we can keep in touch, along with a surprise voucher and business card holder for each of them.
7. Please make sure that there is always a hostess at the table – one to greet and bring people to her table and the other to be there to serve them at the table.
8. There will be door prizes, salon services, massage chairs, and various pampering products to shop for during the evening. Our goal is to have fun with our new friends.
