This system can handle registrations if you are paying with credit card , if you wish to mail payment or if you plan to pay at the door. If you will be paying by check MWCA will send an invoice to the email address you supply. If you would prefer to mail in your registration, please download and complete a regisration form (general admission or vendor admission). Those registering and receiving the discounted MWCA membership rate, must be a member on January 16th, the first day of the conference.
MWCA annual educational conference is the state's most comprehensive training and educational event devoted to noxious weed management held annually in January.

The conference is held at the Heritage Inn in Great Falls.

Cancellations/Changes and Refunds: Registration fees will be refunded in full if cancellation is received prior to December 16, 2012. After December 16th, 25% of the registration fee will be retained to cover MWCA’s costs. After January 15, 2013, NO refunds will be given for cancellations. Substitutions are allowed at no charge. Registered attendees who do not attend the conference but have not submitted a cancellation request will be invoiced for the whole registration fee. No refunds or adjustments to fees will be made for late arrivals, early departures or missed meals.
