Little Diggers: Session 2

Get dirty, have fun and be prepared to be amazed by what you uncover in our Little Diggers program. Each session has its own unique farm based theme to develop curiosity, and foster a deeper connection with the natural world.  Daily activities include: digging, planting weeding; harvesting produce for scrumptious snacks, and setting up and managing a farm stand. It’s the perfect recipe for summer fun. Children are to bring lunch daily.

Session 2 -  Budding botanists pull out your hand lens and take an in- depth look at the amazing world of plants. Each day we will study a different part of the plant; conduct experiments to learn about each parts role, draw in our botany journals before we munch down on tasty examples. (NO class July 4th)
