How much do you know about the food you eat? Do you know where it was grown and how? Did the workers get a fair wage? And does it really matter? Taking a closer look at the workings of our current food system and empower yourself with the knowledge to make informed decisions and choices regarding the food you buy and eat. Strengthen your skills and knowledge of farming through daily field work, harvest produce, prepare healthy snacks and set up and manage a farm stand.
