CANCELLATIONS, REFUNDS & NO-SHOW POLICIES
- Telephone cancellations are not accepted.
- All cancellations must be received in writing at least 5 business days before the event via fax: (202) 289-7499 or email: firstname.lastname@example.org.
- A refund, less a $50.00 cancellation fee, will be granted for cancellations received at least 5 business days before the event.
- There will be no refunds for cancellations received less than 5 business days before the event.
- A registered attendee who does not attend the conference and does not submit a written cancellation will be considered a no-show and is still liable for any outstanding balance.
- Substitutions of attendees must be submitted via email to email@example.com no later than 2 business days before the event. Substitutions received after this will be processed onsite.
