Refund Policy: Refunds (less a 10 percent processing fee) will be provided for cancellations received in writing to email@example.com three days before the event. Following this date, no refunds will be given, but a credit will be issued to use toward another event within one year of the date of cancellation, or you may transfer your registration to another person at no cost.

Code of Conduct: Attendees must respect common-sense rules for public behavior, personal interaction, common courtesy, and respect for private property and personal space. Harassment of any kind, from intimidation to illegal behavior will not be tolerated.
Violation of this policy can result in action ranging from warnings to having your membership revoked without refund to permanent banning. Action by the organization does not preclude the injured individual from pursuing whatever civil or criminal remedies as they see fit.
If you feel you are being harassed, please let organizers know. You will be treated with respect, and your concerns will be taken seriously. All names involved will be kept confidential to the extent possible.
