Description

The first Wisconsin Breeding Bird Atlas, conducted from 1995 to 2000, represented the largest coordinated field effort in the history of Wisconsin ornithology. You can be a part of the second Wisconsin Breeding Bird Atlas by documenting changes in the distribution and abundance of breeding birds in Wisconsin since the first survey. This program will give you an overview of the project and get you outside watching birds and collecting data. Stay after the 2-hr program for individualized assistance with data entry and other aspects of the project.  Free. Part of our Citizen Science Program!
