A perfect start to your holiday weekend! Join us Thursday evening, June 30th, 4:30-7:30pm for an evening of cheese and wine tastings, gourmet barbecue, and a vast array of raffles and auctions, and a live band to boot!

Wine tastings donated by Trig's Cellar 70 and Allstate Liquor Company, along with delectable cheese pairings served up by The Wine Barn, will keep your taste buds lively and active.

The All-American gourmet cookout prepared by Chef Terry Sexton of the Discovery Center will include tenderloin mini burgers,  red-white-and-blue potato salad; hickory smoked Boston baked beans; not-too-creamy coleslaw. Dessert will be everyone's favorite, strawberry shortcake.

Prizes

You are guaranteed to win a bottle of wine in our WINE CORK RAFFLE.  Top prizes include fine wines and other great wine-related gifts.  Spin the Party Wheel for a chance at free special surprises!  Buy a raffle ticket for a table full of great prizes.

Silent auction for one-of-a-kind vintage bottles including: 2001 Magnum Bottle of Casanova Di Neri Brunello de Montalcino Cerretalto - valued at $650.  And 2008 Screaming Eagle Cabernet - valued at $1,500.

Also, a special wine silent auction as a tribute to former board member, Bill Bablitch.
