Project LoonWatch Training

Join Project LoonWatch Coordinator Erica LeMoine to learn how to become a Loon Ranger with the Annual Lakes Monitoring Program.  Loon Rangers choose a lake in Wisconsin to monitor loons from ice out to ice on.  Information about loons arriving on and/or nesting on the lake is gathered throughout the summer and used to track annual trends for loons and their habitats.  For more information, visit www.northland.edu/sustain/soei/loonwatch or contact Erica (loonwatch@northland.edu or call 715-682-1220).  Pre-register by 5/10.  $10/person.
