Maple Syruping 101

Join Discovery Center Naturalists as we teach you how to tap maple trees and boil sap down into sweet sweet syrup!  From identifying the perfect maple tree to a jar full of syrup ready to be poured, we will go through the process step by step.  Get hands on experience and a few tasty treats along the way.  *Program is subject to weather conditions and sap flow*  Space is limited.  Advance registration is required by 03/13/2018.
