Description

What better way to Celebrate Earth Day than making fun new things out of old clothes??  Join Naturalist Licia for this fun, family and earth friendly program where we will create 3 projects out of old clothes.  Licia will guide you through how to create a cute owl out of denim, and a tote bag and braided rug out of old t-shirts!  All projects are no-sew and easy to do!  Great for ages 5+ (kids under 10 must be accompanied by an adult with no extra fee).  Bring along an old pair of jeans and some t-shirts if you have them!

Pre-registration required by 4/23/24.  We will meet in the Forest Room on campus in our Nature Hall at the Discovery Center.  Thursday 1 PM - 2:30 PM.  $15/Non-Member and $10/Member.
