The Big Event: Adopt an Animal for the Wacky Wildlife Race

Join us for our biggest fundraiser event of the year, North Lakeland Discovery Center's Fun(d)raiser Faire. New this year, attendees will have a chance to win raffle tickets for extraordinary prizes playing fun games, including betting on the winner of the Wacky Wildlife Race, a roll-the-dice romp and spinning the famous party wheel. Enjoy your favorite libation and faire-inspired food by Tip-Ups Takeaways. 

Want to participate in the Wacky Wildlife Race? Consider adopting an animal for the race. There are only 10 animals available for adoption.
The 10 people who adopt an animal for the Wacky Wildlife Race will enter for a chance to win a special prize basket!

Your $300 Animal Adoption includes:

• 1 animal to race
• Name, decorate, and race your animal
• 2 event admission tickets
• One person to roll dice, one person to move your animal down the track
• A chance to win a special prize basket

You may register online here, or by contacting the Discovery Center at (715) 543-2085.  If you are registering for other guests, please be sure to include all guest names so that we are able to create individual name tags. 

The event begins at 4:30 p.m. and will be held in the Lodge at the Discovery Center.
