Description
A Hispanic cooking class where homemade corn tortillas are being made at the the Norfolk Arts Center. Local Hispanic Business Council and Chamber of Commerce staff member Mayra Mendoza is the instructor and she will teach the class how to make traditional Mexican table decorations. This will be held at the Norfolk Arts Center on Saturday March 2nd.
