Wage and Salary Administration: Using the 2013 Survey

The 2013 Salary and Benefits Survey is complete and ready for you to use. The survey provides salary and benefits information for 57 benchmark positions based on information provided by nonprofits in Southeastern Wisconsin. Learn how to use and analyze the data to more effectively administer compensation and benefits in your organization.

Mavis Luther

Mavis offers over twenty years of hands-on human resource management experience, dealing with everyday issues in an ever-changing work environment, where no two days are the same.  As a consultant, she works with profits and nonprofits to help her clients develop solutions that benefit the organization and the employees. 

A knowledgeable and effective presenter, Mavis has conducted numerous presentations on such topics as hiring, employee handbooks, performance appraisals, compensation and benefits.  She has been a guest speaker for the NonProfit Center of Milwaukee for many years.

Prior to starting her own consulting business in 2011, she worked for Wiplfi, LLP as a Manager of Human Resource Consulting and as a HR manager and director in both the retail and computer software sectors.

Mavis is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).   

She is a graduate of the University of WI-Milwaukee.

Pam Renick

Pam is known as the “Director of Listening” – a strong advocate of the Voice of the Customer. She is MRA’s Director of Surveys and Business Research with a great success record in assessing organizations’ needs, developing compelling proposals, and delivering survey results which help businesses solve problems. With an extensive knowledge of business research, statistical methods, and strategic consulting experience, Pam is committed to listening to the needs of customers, employees and executive stakeholders as part of the workplace decision-making process. Whether collaborating on the details of a job description or compensation package, or determining the best way to analyze and present customer satisfaction results, Pam uses analytical tools to inform solutions and ground workplace strategies.

Key Accomplishments
  • Pam has served as an executive in charge of both Market Research and Marketing Departments, serving the needs of Fortune 500 companies as well as small businesses.
  • Pam is experienced in conducting research studies across a range of industries including associations, the automotive industry, consumer packaged goods, consumer electronics, telecommunications, utilities, manufacturing, retail, health care, and insurance.
  • Relying on an extensive background in primary and secondary research, custom and syndicated studies, qualitative and quantitative research, she specializes in strategy and turning marketing insights into business solutions.

Pam has a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Monmouth College. She has completed graduate work in statistics and organizational design at Marquette and University of Wisconsin, Milwaukee.

Cancellation policy: To receive a refund registrants must cancel 3 business days prior to the workshop or training.
