More than 85,000 children and adults throughout the Ohio Valley participate in the arts and nature each year through Oglebay Institute. But because tickets, fees and memberships cover only 58% of what it takes to provide these learning experiences, contributions are essential.

Gifts to the Oglebay Institute Annual Fund are investments in OI’s programs, facilities and employees, helping to ensure that our vast audience continues to enjoy quality classes, camps, exhibits, performances and events now and for years to come.

Extra incentive! Through the state’s Neighborhood Investment Program we are pleased to have available a limited amount of tax credits for distribution to W.Va. residents making donations of $500 and above as undesignated gifts or gifts to benefit OI’s scholarship program!

•   ► OI is the only provider of comprehensive arts and nature programs within 60 miles of Wheeling.
•   ► Each year, OI offers more than 100 classes, 80 camps, and 60 performances, exhibits and events.
•   ► OI distributes some $20,000 annually in need-based scholarships for children to attend OI summer camps.
•   ► Thousands of Ohio Valley children participate in OI’s in-school and after-school programs.
•   ► OI contributes to area economic development as part of the Ohio Valley’s vibrant arts and culture community.
