Trees and Woody Plants Weekend - Terra Alta, WV 2017

Summary

Identify trees and other woody plants (shrubs and vines) in several unique natural areas in the wilds of West Virginia. We’ll also discuss their importance to people, wildlife and the economy. Each participant will receive a tree identification guide. This camp will include easy to moderate hiking. Meets at Oglebay Institute’s Mountain Nature Camp in Terra Alta, West Virginia.

Ages: 18 & up (Ages 14-17 may participate with accompanying adult.)
Meets: 6pm Friday, July 21 - 1pm Sunday, July 23

Waiver Statement:

Cancellation/Refund Policy: For participants to cancel and receive a full refund, they must notify the facility and cancel at least 2 WEEKS before the camp start date. No refunds will be granted less than two weeks from the camp start date, and there is no proration of camp fees once the camp has started. A cancellation fee of $20 is in effect for ALL cancelations made after June 1, even those made within the two-week cancellation period.
