Camp out in the Observatory Meadow at Oglebay! If you’ve wanted to go camping as a family, but don’t have the know-how, this program is for you! Learn how to set up a tent, cook dinner, campfire safety, and camping tips and tricks from experienced campers on Wednesday night. The adventure begins on Saturday when you put your skills to work and CAMP OUT! Set up your tent, build your fire and make dinner. Then the OI staff will lead you through some songs, stargazing and games before bed. We have some equipment available to borrow if needed, call the Schrader EE Center for information.
Participating families are part of a raffle to win a family tent courtesy of Cabela's!
