For students entering grades 4-6, Nature Odyssey is THE activity of the summer!
How do scientists study bears, fish, and other wild animals? What kind of rocks and plants did local Native Americans use to survive long before there were grocery stores? How have recent fires affected the Valles Caldera?
Become a nature detective this summer, and hone all your senses as you delve into these mysteries and many more. You’ll be on the case in the beautiful Valles Caldera National Preserve, investigating its diverse habitats from rivers to meadows to forests. Throughout the week, you’ll be on the lookout for clues to how the natural world works and how you fit into it. On the final day, you’ll use your super sleuthing skills on a special adventure in the Valles Caldera.
Marvelous mysteries await the Super Sleuths…so join us this summer for a sensational experience!
