The 2018 Annual Board Meeting and Awards Banquet will be held Sep 7 thru 9 in Troy NY at the Hilton Garden Inn, 235 Hoosick St.  The details are below:

Friday Sep 7th: A reunion cocktail reception will be held evening from 5-8PM for all friends and family of the 42nd Infantry Rainbow Division at the Hilton Garden Inn, 235 Hoosick St, Troy, NY. There is no charge for the reception and food. Cash bar. Please join us!

Saturday Sep 8th: The annual board meeting will be held from 9am-12 at the Hq's 42nd Div, Glenmore Rd, Troy, NY. The board meeting is open to all.

Evening Sep 8th: The Annual RDVF Awards Banquet will be held at the Hilton Garden Inn, 235 Hoosick St, Troy, NY. Cocktail Hour begins at 6PM. Light d'oeuvres will be served with cash bar. Seating for dinner at 7PM. Cost for the Cocktail hour and Dinner is $55.00 Per Person.  Scholarships will be awarded and our attending scholarship winners will make remarks. The 42nd Division Commander will give a report on current Division activities!

To register for the Awards Banquet sign into your account on www.rainbowvets.org  by selecting the "member center" tab.  Once logged in select "register for events" from the drop down menu in the upper right corner.  Follow the screens from there.  Please select your dinner selection in the drop down menu below your name when regeristing.  Beef (Prime Rib) Chicken (Bruchetta Chicken) and Fish (Stuffed Filet of Sole).

 If you do not have an account go to www.rainbowvets.org and select the "member center" tab and then the "create an account" at the bottom.  Once you create an account you can register on line per the above instructions. 

To make Reservations for lodging at the Hilton Garden Inn call 518-272-1700/1701 or go on line at www.troy.hgi.com  Once at the website enter your arrival date and departure date in the calendar area.  click the MORE OPTIONS button, then click the ADD SPECIAL RATE CODE and enter the Group Code 42RAIN, then click the CHECK ROOMS AND RATES tab.  It will bring you to the rooms available at the $110.00 rate.
