We are approaching the six year mark when we lost our "Little Man". We are also approaching the annual National Share walk for Remembrance and Hope. This walk will always be something that is tied to our family for many different reasons. First off, this is the only thing we can do for Caleb in memory of him. We'll never get the chance to buy him the toy he has always been wanting or the newest and greatest tech device. We can do this fundrasier for him each year and help him get as much money as possible donated under his name. This time of year also brings a flood of emotions back to us since the walk will always be so close to his Angelversary. They will always be roughly a month apart.

All the money dontated goes to help familes like ours. I know I've said it time and time again, but going through a loss is something no one can ever understand unless you had to go through it yourself. Giving birth to a child is supposed to be one of the happiest memories you can ever have. However, you need all the support you can get if you give birth to a baby and he (or she) doesn't make it. You will always feel robbed of the memories you never got the chance to create. Share is there to provide that support that is needed throughout the many years to come for my family and other families that are forced to walk in the same shoes as ours. Everyone at Share has been through a loss before so they understand the pain it puts you through. I already know there is someone in Share that has lost a little brother too. I'm sure she will be a big help to Hayley as she gets older and needs to talk to someone that has also lost a sibling. Hayley is being brought up knowing all about Calebl, so I'm sure she will have her own questions when she is older. We want to make sure he is always a part of our life even though he can't be here physcally with us.

The walk this year is on October 21st. Money can be donated up until that time online or a check can be given to us made payable to Share. Thanks in advance to anyone that makes a donation for Caleb. Our family appreciates it more than you can ever know.

Story behind the bear in family pictures: Some of you may have noticed that we include a bear in all of our family pictures. The three of us made this bear at Build A Bear shortly after loosing Caleb. We had his shirt embrodered with Caleb's name and "Little Man" (his nickname after finding out we were having a boy). Caleb Bear is included in all of our family pictures to represent our Little Man.
