Welcome to the 2012 Share Walk for Remembrance & Hope Online Registration!
ONLINE REGISTRAION IS NO LONGER AVAILABLE
PRINT A REGISTRATION FORM HERE AND BRING IT TO THE REGISTRATION TABLE AT 9 AM.
Register today to be sure your baby's name is listed on the back of the event shirt and in the event program. All registrations include a program, t-shirt, balloon, bottled water and event participation. (New for 2012: Online registration is offered at no additional charge for credit card processing!)
Registration Fees
Adult: $25 Youth (5-12): $15

(BEFORE September 7)
Adult: $30 Youth (5-12): $20
(AFTER September 7)
Registration is open and available until the day of the event, but to ensure your baby’s name(s) will be listed on the back of the t-shirts and included in the event program, your registration MUST be received by September 7 at 4 p.m. T-shirt availability is not guaranteed for registrations received after September 7. This event will occur rain or shine, however Share reserves the right to cancel due to extreme circumstances. No refunds will be issued due to cancellation and registration fees will be considered a donation to Share Pregnancy & Infant Loss Support, Inc.

Merchandise Pick-Ups
Mark your calendar! Three merchandise pick-up sites are available for your convenience...
Saturday, September 29: St. Joseph Health Center 9am-4pm
Wednesday, October 3: Clayton High School 5pm-8pm
Thursday, October 4: Uthoff Valley Elementary School 5pm-8pm
Merchandise pick-up will NOT be available at the Walk. If you are unable to attend one of the above pick-ups, select the accurate shipping and handling fee on your order form and your merchandise will be shipped directly to you. Team merchandise will be assembled as ONE order. It is the responsibility of the Team Captain to pick-up and distribute merchandise to all Team Members. Shirt sizes will be available on a first come basis. All unclaimed merchandise becomes the property of Share following the pick-up dates.
